Buying a rifle online in Arkansas

Rifles ship to the licensed Arkansas dealer you pick. You complete Form 4473 there, the dealer runs NICS, and the state adds no waiting period, permit or registration. Buyers must be 18. Arkansas has no magazine limit and no ban on semi-automatic rifles. Centerfire rifles are legal for modern gun deer season in most zones, but a few Delta zones have limited rifle use and rimfires are never legal for deer, so check the AGFC guidebook.
