Your shotgun ships to the Arkansas FFL dealer you name at checkout. At their counter you fill in ATF Form 4473 and the dealer calls the FBI NICS check directly. Arkansas has no purchase permit and no waiting period, so a proceed usually means you leave with the gun. Buyers must be 18.
