Buying a handgun online in Arkansas

Handguns ship to your chosen Arkansas FFL dealer, and federal law sets the dealer age at 21. You complete Form 4473, the dealer runs the NICS check, and there is no state waiting period or purchase permit. Arkansas is a permitless carry state, yet the State Police still issue the Concealed Handgun Carry License, which many people keep for travel to other states.
